How much does it cost to build an app in the UK?
Custom web and mobile apps start from £12,000. Every app is scoped in a £750 discovery workshop, which comes off the project price, and you get a fixed quote in writing before any build work starts.
How much does a business website cost?
A Starter Site (up to 5 pages) is £1,200, a bespoke Business Site with a CMS is £3,200, and a Commerce shop with Stripe payments is £6,500. Each includes 3 to 12 months of hosting. Prices exclude any applicable VAT.
How long does it take to build a website or app?
A Starter Site typically takes 2–3 weeks, a Business Site 4–6 weeks and a Commerce site 8–10 weeks. Timelines for custom apps are agreed in the discovery workshop.
Do you build native iOS and Android apps?
Yes. Most apps use one cross-platform codebase (React Native or Flutter), which ships to both stores for roughly the cost of one. If your app needs heavy native features, we write those parts in Swift or Kotlin.
How does payment work?
You pay a 50% deposit when you sign and the balance at launch. Custom apps start with a £750 discovery workshop, and that fee comes off the project price.
Who owns the code and design?
You do. Once the final balance is paid, the code, designs and content we made for you are yours to keep, move or extend.
Can you take over or rebuild an existing site or app?
Yes. We'll review what you have and tell you honestly whether to improve it or rebuild it. Standard hosting migrations to XVN are free.
Can I get it done faster?
Rush delivery cuts the timeline by about 40% for an extra 25% of the project price, subject to our availability.
What happens after launch?
Your package includes hosting for 3 to 12 months. After that, the £60/month care plan covers updates, security patches and small content changes. New features are quoted separately at a fixed price.
